Privacy notice for inquiries and consultant applications
Updated 4 November 2026
DKPlus Information Technology Solutions operates dkplus.com. This notice explains how DKPlus handles information submitted through its project brief, consultant application and Philippine equipment quotation forms.
What we collect and why
Project briefs: contact name, company, work email, country, time zone, desired outcome, relevant expertise, scope, timeframe and an optional budget with currency. We use this information to qualify the requirement, identify suitable independent specialists and coordinate the next discussion.
Consultant applications: contact name, work email, expertise, experience, work country, time zone and availability. We use this information to assess suitability for the independent consultant network and consider relevant client briefs. Registration does not guarantee an assignment.
Equipment quotations: contact name, company, work email, requested products or specifications, quantity, Philippine delivery location and required date. We use this information to prepare and follow up a quotation.
The forms also record a submission reference. Website hosting and security tools may process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to operate the site and prevent abuse. These forms do not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Keep the initial submission limited
Do not submit passwords, access credentials, logs, confidential client material, sensitive personal information, CV files or private compensation details. These initial forms do not accept file uploads. If further information is needed, DKPlus will agree an appropriate private exchange with you.
Who receives and can access your inquiry
The Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating responses. Project and cybersecurity notifications go to [email protected], consultant application notifications to [email protected], and equipment quotation notifications to [email protected].
Submissions are stored in a private WordPress queue. Authorized website administrators operate that queue. Notifications contain a reference and private queue link rather than your full brief or application. Hosting and email service providers process information to deliver these services. DKPlus will discuss the necessary scope of disclosure before sharing additional private project or applicant information with a consultant, client or supplier.
Retention
New online intake submissions are configured for automatic removal from the WordPress queue after 365 days. Contact the Operations Manager if information needs to be corrected or removed earlier. Records needed for an accepted engagement or a legal obligation may be held separately for that purpose. Notification emails and existing backup archives have separate retention controls; deleting a queue entry does not immediately remove every email or backup copy. Backup copies remain restricted and may persist until the relevant archives are removed.
Your choices and questions
You can contact the Operations Manager at [email protected] to ask about your information, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise an objection or privacy concern. Include your submission reference where available. DKPlus may need to verify your identity before acting and will explain any applicable legal reason that limits a request. You may also raise a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
You can use the relevant mailbox instead of an online form. Email messages are handled for the same inquiry purpose. Please keep sensitive material out of an initial email as well.
